Welcome to Worky, a location-based service app developed and managed by Worky (Pvt) Ltd. (“Worky”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Policy applies to you if you browse, access or use this Website, or download, install or use the Worky App. By using Worky, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Worky will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you no longer want Worky to use your information to provide you services, you may close your account.
Worky will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
It is important that you protect against unauthorized access of your Account and information by choosing your password carefully, and keeping your password and Account secure (e.g. by signing out after using our Services).

By using our Services, you authorize us to use your information in Sri Lanka and other countries where Worky operates for the purposes mentioned above.
